The method
Photograph something wild, or bring in a list you already keep. Birds, plants, fungi, insects, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, fish, and everything else all count the same.
The species and the month you saw it set the rarity at the instant of capture, not afterwards.
The card is minted with that grade, and the seasons never change it, however common the species later becomes.
